Upper Perk Hometown Christmas is actually a number of events going on across the valley with some highlights being an all animal powered Hometown Christmas Parade and Santa Land (St. Mark's Church at 81 N. Main Street in Pennsburg).

Just some of the things in Santa Land are a horse powered carousel, sleigh rides, train rides, balloon-man, cookie decorating, a living nativity, a petting zoo, dancing, Christmas music, snowflake and snowman crafting, visiting with Santa and complimentary cookies and hot chocolate in the Mrs. Claus Cafe.

The Hometown Christmas Parade is the largest of all animal parades in Pennsylvania with hundreds of animals participating and decorated in their finest Christmas attire.
